On avaerage 30,000 people die from Sudden Cardiac Arrest in Australia each year! This is a condition in which the heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating. If this happens, blood stops flowing to the brain and other vital organs. SCA usually causes death if it’s not treated within minutes. This was the unfortunate experience that World Champion athlete Guy Leech experienced which one of his closes friends collapsed and was unable to be revived despite Guys and the paramedics best efforts.
